Meet Your County Extension Educator

Tim Borud lives and works in Waushara County. He works with local municipalities, county government, and non-profit groups to facilitate planning for the future. Tim particularly enjoys gathering, analysing, and visualizing data to provide clarity in decision making. When he is not working, Tim enjoys time with family, working on projects at home, and spending time in the beautiful outdoors of Waushara County.

Tim helps organizations and groups in Waushara County:

• Identify tools and data to make decisions and take action.
• Improve communication, build trust, and reduce conflict.
• Create mission and vision statements, goals, and strategic plans.
• Measure and evaluate programs and services.
• Facilitate processes to update and improve community plans.

Tim can also serve as a liaison to access other Extension programming and resources, including support for economic developemnt, local government, food systems and cooperatives.
