August 1- Deadline to submit photo of exhibitor and animal to Emily at Extension office(optional)
August 7- Copy of letters to potential buyers must be submitted to Extension office
August 19- Fair Entry Day 1:00-7:00pm/Health Papers due before animals are unloaded
August 20- Market Animal Summary Sheet due 2 hours after show completion
Hog-8:00am, Poultry-12:00pm, Sheep-5:00pm
August 21-Market Animal Summary Sheet due 2 hours after show competion
Dairy-9:00am, Rabbit-11:00am, Beef-5:00pm
August 22-Pre-Sale Luncheon 11:30 am, Auction 1:00pm
August 23- Mandatory Exhibitor Meeting 3:30pm, Livestock Pavilion
August 28- Pick Up Buyer Recognition Items 1:00-4:30pm Extension Office
September 15- Copies of Thank You Letter to buyer submitted to Extension Office in order to participate in 2027 Livestock Auction
